• To track claims and EOBs, create an account with MetLife or Delta Dental once your enrollment is active (usually by the 10th–15th of the month).
• Coverage starts on the 1st (if enrolled by the 20th of the prior month).
• Your info may appear in their system by mid-month—schedule your first visit after that for smooth verification.
